Shields:The shields may be upgraded to 90 shield points.
Cost: 30 000 Cr.
Repair DC: 20.

Launchers:Each laser triple turrets may be replaced by two proton torpedo or one concussion missile launchers. This reduces fire control of the modified battery by 1.
Cost: Since each turret costs 11,000 Cr, no additional cost.
Repair DC: 15.

Seagull Variant

The Seagull variant has stronger shielding but less armor to provide better acceleration than ships with shield modifications.
